Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms apply to bookings made with Dragon & Rose Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the nature of motorcycle touring.
2. Bookings and Deposits
A £100 deposit is required to reserve a place. Deposits are non-refundable unless Dragon & Rose Tours cancels the tour.
3. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour date. Payment deadlines will be confirmed during the booking process.
4. Rider Responsibilities
Riders are responsible for ensuring they hold the correct licence, insurance, MOT where required, and that their motorcycle is roadworthy and suitable for the tour.
5. Safety and Conduct
Riders must follow road laws, ride responsibly, and follow any reasonable instructions given by Dragon & Rose Tours during the weekend.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Dragon & Rose Tours may amend routes, timings, accommodation, or tour arrangements where required due to weather, safety, road closures, or operational reasons.
7. Liability
Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks. Riders participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own riding decisions, safety, and compliance with the law.
