Rider Waiver

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that motorcycle riding and touring involve inherent risks, including injury, damage, changing road conditions, weather, and the actions of other road users.

2. Rider Responsibility

I accept that I remain responsible for my own riding decisions, speed, positioning, safety, and compliance with the Highway Code and applicable road laws.

3. Licence, Insurance and Motorcycle Condition

I confirm that I hold a valid motorcycle licence, valid insurance, MOT where required, and that my motorcycle is roadworthy and suitable for the tour.

4. Protective Equipment

I confirm that I will wear appropriate motorcycle protective clothing and a legally compliant helmet during the tour.

5. Health and Fitness

I confirm that I am fit to ride and will inform Dragon & Rose Tours of any relevant medical condition, accessibility need, or concern that may affect my participation.

6. Following Guidance

I agree to follow reasonable instructions from Dragon & Rose Tours relating to route structure, regrouping, stops, and safety during the tour.

7. Declaration

By booking or participating, I confirm that I understand and accept this rider declaration.
